  • Following workshops last year the NCPC has now included an additional & optional submission form of NMDS to reflect various models of Hospice at Home across the UK

  • Forum constitution revised & strategy framework developed

  • Chair Julie Vale featured recently in an DH EOL publication “Hospice at Home: a vital cog in the wheel”

  • An exemplar collaborative Hospice at Home service specification developed as a reference tool – to be launched at September annual conference & Help the Hospices conference in Harrogate November 2009

  • Welcome to Heather Mitchell, John Hunt & Rebecca O’Donnell to the committee & goodbye with thanks to Graham Stubbs
