Kay Greene - Vice-chair
Kay has worked as a nurse since 1983, predominantly in a palliative care setting since 1996. Kay currently works primarily for St Giles Hospice, Lichfield as Community Palliative Care Team Manager.
Rebecca O'Donnell - Secretary
Since June 2008 I have been a full time Hospice at Home team leader at St Peters Hospice. I am responsible for the coordination of the service.
Gill Booth
I am currently Service Manager at St. Luke's Hospice at Home in South West Essex. I have been in post since the service started in 2003. The service is a partnership venture between a social enterprise company and St. Luke's Hospice.
Jenny Farmer
I work as a Sister for the St Giles Hospice at Home Service alongside two colleagues, co-coordinating and providing the care for patients who wish, with the carer's support, to remain in their home until they die.
John Hunt
John Hunt has 30 years of experience in Hospice, Palliative and Cancer care, as a clinician, clinical and service manager and consultant to hospices and related organisations for development.
Heather Mitchell
I am the nursing co-ordinator for Kate's Home Nursing, a hospice at home service in the North Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. I also work 3 sessions a week as a practice nurse which helps to maintain both my clinical competency.
Sue Varvel - Chair
Sue is the Director of Nursing at the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home and Director of Patient Services at Grove House Hospice. she was elected as Chair of the Forum in September 2009
