Committee Members continued

  • Nikki Le Prevost
    When I first joined the committee I was employed as a lecturer practitioner and head of education. I have recently taken up a new post at Pilgrims Hospice with a remit of implementing a rapid response hospice at home team.

 

  • Linda Hewitt 
    I am a trained nurse with 25 years community experience and have worked in specialist palliative care for 11 years. I became Clinical Services Manager for Hospice at Home West Cumbria in 2003 but have been involved since it was founded in 1987.

 

  • Sarah Munday
    I coordinate the Hospice at Home team for the Martlets Hospice in Brighton and Hove. I have been with the team for eight years and help provide hands on end of life care to patients at home alongside the community nurses. The team compromises of 14 registered and auxillary nurses.
